Sitting Up

Ian 5 months

Ian is 5 months old now. Here's a cute picture of him on the couch. He looks like he's having a Zen moment. And of course, we couldn't resist yet another video of him laughing!

Buddies

Mikey and Ian are quite a pair. Mikey always checks on Ian if he's crying to see if he's alright. Here's a picture of them checking each other out (yes, Ian is amazing, but, no he's not standing on his own yet, he's holding on to the crate and Ado's hand is just out of view of the camera) and a picture of Ian sleeping after a day of playing at preschool. He's figured out how to really suck his thumb now.

Growing up

Ian is growing up so fast. It seems like every morning when we wake up, he's grown bigger or taller. We had fun with Lynn, Kenny, and Molly this weekend and today was Ian's first day of preschool. He seemed really happy, but also tired. Mommy held up pretty well for the first day.

Spider Friend

We figured out pretty early on that Ian likes to be startled. Ado was playing with Ian's Spider from Aunt Lisa and Ian started cracking up laughing when Ado made it sound like a monkey.

Fun in the sun

We went swimming yesterday and tried out this new baby carrier that's for the water. Ian had so much fun kicking and splashing. He looks pretty darn cute in his swim trunks from Aunt Nancy too!
