Birthday party
Last weekend Ian went to his first birthday party-his friend Sabrina turned 1! As you can see, he made himself right at home. Sabrina was so pretty in her dress. I'm also adding a few more pictures from the session with the photographer and Ian being silly in the bathroom sink.

Happy Thanksgiving!
For Ian's first Thanksgiving, we have so much to be thankful for. We are thankful for our little family, our extended family, and our friends. Since we are not traveling today, we miss everyone, but had a nice quiet day together. We wanted to share a few pictures and tell everyone we miss and love you and hope you are having a wonderful day too!
Family time
Last weekend we took Mikey and Ian to the park. We figured since the weather is so nice and poor Mikey doesn't get as much attention these days, it would be fun to take him and throw the ball and frisby like we did when he was our "only child." Of course, I did end up taking a lot of photos of Ian, but can you blame me?

Family photos
About a month ago, we had some family photos done. Only a few are back, but I thought I'd post as they come in. Ian, who is usually Mr. Smiley, was far more interested that day in the grass and anything new outdoors he could stare at or put in his mouth. So, not many big smiles, just serious faces. Hope you enjoy!

So much news
Well, there's a lot to catch up on. Ian got his first tooth last Thursday, 11/13. We also went this past weekend to Sea World with Molly and she finally got to say, "Look Ian, Shamu" to him in person. As you can see from the pictures, she loves Ian so much! Then, on Sunday, we had Ian's Christening with both families here with us in Gainesville together. We had so much fun!

Mommy's Little Helper-Well sort of
We think Ian is going to be like his cousin Molly, determined and a quick learner. Since he's mastered crawling and standing, he really wants to walk, but his little body can't keep up. He's mommy's little buddy and was "helping" fold laundry as well as getting into his own toys. We caught him yesterday not only standing up in his play-yard, but not even holding on to anything and digging in his toy bin for toys! What an imp! We have some videos of it too and will post later. We also had some photos done for Ian for 6 months and here's a few.
